Abstract

This article presents the results of a study on the activity and effectiveness of the hospital commission for exceptional situations within hospitals in the Republic of Moldova, in the context institutional response to public health emergencies. The study analyzes the organizational structure of these commissions, their operational mechanisms, the degree of implementation of the current legal framework, as well as their operational capacity in managing health crises. The results of the research highlight the extent to which the commissions comply with institutional requirements, how the assigned duties are carried out, and the main challenges identified in the process of strengthening the emergency preparedness system. Additionally, the analysis reveals the efficiency of these structures.
