This study provides information for the scientific community on the historical and scientific heritage of the Republic of Moldova. It is part of a series of materials dedicated to presenting the archival collections of the Central Scientific Archive of the Academy of Sciences of Moldova (currently the Archive Section: Restoration and Pathology of Documents, subordinated to the Scientific Library [Institute] ”Andrei Lupan” within the State University of Moldova). The material presents the Personal Fund of Acad. Anton Ablov (1905–1978), the first director of the Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Moldavian SSR in the period 1959–1961, and later in 1965–1975. As a result of the systematization and archival description, it was found that the personal fund consists of an inventory containing 133 storage units covering the years 1930–1980. The documents of the fund gather a single inventory, consisting of three sections: Scientific works; Documents and biographical materials; Materials regarding service activity.
