Reactivitatea microgametofitului de tomate la acțiunea stimulatorilor de creștere în condiții de patogeneză virală

În această lucrare sunt prezentate rezultatele cercetărilor privind reactivitatea microgametofitului de tomate la acțiunea stimulatorilor de creștere, pe fundal de patogeneză virală provocată de virusul mozaicului tutunului (VMT) și virusul aspermiei tomatelor (VAT). Acțiunea glicozidelor s-a manifestat specific la nivel haploid, contribuind la apariția unor efecte de stimulare, inhibare sau reacții neutre. Prin totalizarea efectelor pozitive ale aplicării glicozidului la cultura de tomate cu statut fitosanitar diferit, a fost determinată doza cu efect maxim de stimulare a viabilității microgameților. Variația indicelui polenic la genotipurile analizate a fost influențată de acțiunea decisivă a glicozidului. La plantele infectate, comparativ cu genotipurile sănătoase, efectul glicozidului asupra viabilității polenului a avut o pondere redusă, totodată, la genotipurile infectate cu VMT/VAT, ponderea genotipului în variația acestui caracter a depășit valorile martorului. Contribuția semnificativă a genotipului în variabilitatea observată permite identificarea unor genotipuri promițătoare pe baza acestui indice. De asemenea, acțiunea glicozidului a a favorizat creșterea nivelului de termorezistență a microgameților, fapt ce poate fi explicat prin sporirea activității grăuncioarelor de polen cu viabilitatea redusă.
