Strategii contemporane de tratament în herniile inghinale la copii

De-a lungul timpului au fost publicate numeroase studii retrospective pe tema herniilor inghinale la copii și s-au înregistrat rezultate remarcabile la capitolul dat, existând o discuție continuă și controversată privind managementul optim al acestei afecțiuni în funcție de vârstă, sex sau prezența unor complicații. Cu toate acestea, mai multe întrebări legate de strategia operatorie rămân fără răspuns, inclusiv alegerea tehnicii deschise sau laparoscopice și întrebări privind detaliile tehnicii chirurgicale în raport cu vârsta copilului. Lucrarea în cauză reprezintă un studiu al literaturii de specialitate și înglobează informații ce țin de tehnicile de tratament al herniilor inghinale congenitale.
